My Aya Web3 Fellowship Experience

If you are like me among hundreds of bright young minds out there looking for great opportunities to express Your creativity and make impact in the society that is capable of leading to financial freedom, then you will understand my excitement as I got a mail fromThe AYA Web3 Fellowship Program to be among fellows to be trained on various Tech Stacks of our choice.

AYA is an online platform that connects the best African Talents with organizations all over the world. The AYA Web3 Fellowship Program is an immersive remote experience with all aspects of the training organized virtually and it is absolutely free.

The program has been a good platform for me to improve on my Product Design Knowledge. Off Cause there are other tracks like Smart Contract, Frontend Development and Backend Development. But there is more to the AYA Fellowship Program which is the PACE classes. A wonderful idea by the organizers to sync all tracks and help every track with an idea of what other tracks do.

PERSONAL GAINS SO FAR

Apart from having wonderful and amazing tutors and mentors who are always present to direct, educate and respond to our curiosities, we had loads of tutorial classes to carry everyone along, and that built my knowledge on many aspects of User Experience especially, and it doesn’t end there, we also have opportunity to learn from other As this training progresses, I have had lots of challenges. At first, it was overwhelming having to learn a whole new thing from the ones I know and felt was a norm. I had a great setback but guess what, from each and every tutorial section we had, my conviction and motivation grew daily.

In conclusion, the AYA Fellowship Program is a blessing I am glad to never have taken for granted. As disbelieving as it started from the congratulatory mail, to having curious peers doing wonders, then our evergreen mentors giving us the hard push to explore our creativity and finally having to design a project on my own which is a case study worthy and opportunity to improve on my skill. I can say, I’m more than elated to be among the lucky fellows at AYA Web3 Fellowship.
